Seaholme’s restaurant is part of a six-room hotel by the sea in St Ives. The dining room is kept deliberately small, with tables candlelit in the evening and the atmosphere closer to a private house than a busy restaurant.
The menu changes with the seasons, using the finest local ingredients. Because there are only six rooms, the restaurant never feels crowded, and guests staying with us can ask about dinner when they book.
